The Japanese Society on TQM for Health is launching the "AI for QC Workshop."
This three-day program offers participants a hands-on experience of new QC activities using AI. The three sessions aim to achieve the following four objectives.

・AIとQCを組み合わせた新しい改善活動(DX時代の改善活動)の全体像を理解する。
・AIを“改善活動の加速装置” として使いこなせるようになる。
・テーマ選定から標準化まで、QC活動の流れをAIで効率化する方法を習得する。
・発想を広げ、マンネリ化を防ぎ、職員全体の改善スキルを向上させることに資する。
This workshop will be held as scheduled below. Enrollment is open to staff of member facilities of the Japanese Society on TQM for Health, on a first-come, first-served basis (maximum 20 participants).
